TURN AWAY from these

 

2 Timothy 3:16-17

We are all in grave danger.

If we do not heed Scripture.

If we are not born again.

If we do not believe in JESUS.

If we do not care how we sin.

If we do not repent.

GOD is kind.

GOD is merciful.

GOD loves us.

He gave us His SON.

That we may be saved.

He gave us Scripture.

That we may know how to live.

He gave us His SPIRIT.

That we may know how to walk.

We have no more excuse to keep sinning.

Especially in these end times.

It's all preparation now.

Psalm 127:1

Spiritual warfare is nothing new to this writer.

Again, identifying the areas of the enemy's influence

Scripture has much to say about this unknown, and unseen enemy.

The one who corrupts our soul.

Making us rebel, and turn away from GOD.

Know our LORD, know His enemy, and half the battle is won.

You have to know who loves you.

You also have to know who hates you.

And wishes your destruction.

The rest is up to you.

The URGENT call

 

Acts 17:30

30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; 

but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

If it was not urgent, GOD wouldn't command it of us.

That we repent.

And sin no more.

To believe the gospel.

For these number of reasons:

The kingdom of GOD is at hand.

Mark 1:15

The time is fulfilled, 

and the kingdom of God is at hand: 

repent ye, and believe the gospel.

The Rapture could happen ANY moment.

The LORD JESUS declared:

John 8:44-45

How can you know something is of GOD?

GOD's WORD is rich in JESUS, truth, and history.

Only by reading the Bible can we know GOD's laws.

Only by being born again can we be gifted with SPIRIT.

Only through SPIRIT can we understand Scripture.

Only through JESUS can we love, and appreciate, GOD.

That's why I meditate upon GOD's WORD, night and day.
